Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at Sherwood Kia in Sherwood Park, AB. This role involves greeting prospective customers, conducting needs assessments, and presenting suitable Kia vehicles and options.

The Sales

Specialist will perform test drive demonstrations, explain features and perks, and guide customers through pricing, financing, and purchase documentation. Daily responsibilities include following up with leads, maintaining product knowledge, using dealership systems to manage customer information, and collaborating with teammates to achieve sales targets.



The role also requires participation in sales meetings, training sessions, and dealership events to support ongoing performance and customer engagement.
