Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Edmonton, AB. The Salesperson will greet and assist customers, provide personalized styling advice, and guide clients through the selection of suits, sportswear, outerwear, footwear, and formalwear.

Responsibilities include presenting product features and advantages, coordinating fittings with in-house tailors, and supporting made-to-measure consultations to ensure an exceptional client experience. The role involves processing sales transactions, maintaining visual merchandising standards,



managing stock on the sales floor, and following up with clients to build lasting relationships. The Salesperson will also collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and uphold Henry Singer’s service and brand standards.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service, relationship-building, and client advisory skills, with a focus on delivering personalized experiences.
- Retail sales, upselling, and cross-selling abilities, ideally with experience in fashion, luxury, or premium brands.
- Knowledge of menswear, fit, fabrics, and tailoring, and comfort supporting measurements and fittings with tailoring professionals.
- Communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills suited to working with diverse clients and team members.
- Attention to detail, organization, and basic point-of-sale and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Edmonton, AB, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Previous experience in fashion or retail environments is mandatory; familiarity with made-to-measure or suiting is highly beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in fashion, styling, or retail management is an advantage.
