Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based at our Maple Ridge, BC dealership. The Salesperson will greet customers, actively listen to their needs, and guide them through vehicle selection, test drives, and feature explanations for both new and used inventory.

Responsibilities include presenting financing and warranty options, preparing sales quotes, and supporting customers through the purchase process and delivery. The role also involves maintaining product knowledge, following up with leads and past customers, updating CRM records,



and collaborating with team members to meet individual and dealership sales targets. The Salesperson will participate in showroom merchandising, attend training sessions, and help ensure an inviting, qualified environment for all visitors.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer service, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.

- Candidates should possess effective communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal and written communication.

- Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to present options, handle objections, and close deals ethically.

- Candidates should possess basic digital literacy skills, including comfort with CRM systems, email, and online lead tools.

- Candidates should possess problem-solving and organizational skills, with attention to detail in paperwork and follow-up activities.

- Previous experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles is an asset.

- Knowledge of vehicle features, financing options, and warranties is beneficial; training will be provided.

- Ability to work on-site in Maple Ridge, BC, including evenings and weekends as required.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
