Make an impact on employee health in the remote sectors with Tata Steel Minerals Canada Limited as an Occupational Health Nurse. This unique position includes a fly-in/fly-out rotation to the Menihek region, where you will provide critical medical services. You will report directly to the Health and Safety Manager and manage a range of health-related tasks, from diagnosing injuries to overseeing wellness programs.
This role requires a comprehensive understanding of workplace health standards and promotes compliance with health regulations and safety protocols. Your contributions will directly enhance the safety culture in office. Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat in office employee health issues
Manage case files and assist with return-to-work programs
Conduct health screening and assessments
Promote compliance with health and safety legislation
Administer first aid and trauma management as needed Requirements:
Licensed by CRNNL or willing to get licensed
Certification in Occupational Health preferred
Must possess ACLS certification
Robust communication skills in English, French an asset
Ability to travel via fly-in/fly-out Utilize your nursing skills to support and enhance the health of Tata Steel employees in a vital sector.
