As a critical member of the Privacy and Legal Office at ICES, you will oversee privacy assessments and advise teams on governance and compliance with privacy regulations. This full time position requires in-depth knowledge and skills related to data privacy and law. Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage privacy consultations and risk assessments
Advise on privacy governance issues related to ICES activities
Research current laws in privacy, data analytics, and governance
Participate in the development of privacy education resources
Build relationships with partners for coherent privacy strategies Requirements:
Master’s or law degree relevant to privacy and compliance
CIPP/C certification strongly preferred
3 years’ experience in privacy roles needed
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
