Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead land development initiatives effectively • Communicate with diverse stakeholders throughout projects • Develop comprehensive project delivery plans and scopes • Certify technical documents and engineering specifications • Oversee the approval process of land development projects
Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Civil or Environmental Engineering • Minimum 5 years experience in relevant projects • Professional Engineer designation or eligibility with APEGA • Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D • Willingness to travel to project sites in Southern Alberta
