DBG Canada is seeking a MIG Welder with a minimum of two years' experience. You’ll work in a structured environment, ensuring customer satisfaction while improving processes. Your skills in reading blueprints, knowledge of welding techniques, and familiarity with quality management systems will be integral to our team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain customer quality requirements and specifications
• Improve processes through continuous improvement initiatives
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Utilize knowledge of jigs and fixtures as needed
• Participate in shift rotations as required
Requirements:
• CWB certification in GTAW required
• Minimum of 2 years MIG welding experience
• Strong understanding of welding techniques and equipment
• Familiarity with health and safety management systems
• Ability to contribute suggestions for process improvement
