This role within the Development Advisory division requires conducting detailed financial evaluations and liaising effectively with both lenders and developers. You'll be responsible for reviewing contracts, monitoring ongoing construction efforts, and ensuring that all project budgets are meticulously tracked and reported. Assist in reducing risks and facilitating smooth project financing processes through comprehensive documentation management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct monthly site visits to assess contractor progress • Establish and monitor project budgets and projections • Develop detailed cash flow summaries • Review monthly project reports and loan advances • Ensure compliance with Provincial Lien Act
Requirements: • Degree in Construction Management or similar • 2-5 years’ experience in relevant monitoring roles • Solid grasp of construction industry standards • Knowledge of CCDC standard contract conditions • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
