The opportunity The end-to-end solution owner for the Professional Services template — the person who holds the whole picture across engagement lifecycle, resourcing, time, billing and the Finance interlock, and who keeps individual process decisions from quietly breaking something three steps downstream. Hands-on: configures, tests and builds alongside the team rather than directing from above. The candidate may be required to travel to Toronto Office once in a while to participate in fit gap design sessions and testing activities.

What You Will Do

- Own the integrated Professional Services solution design across the full engagement lifecycle; maintain the end-to-end process model and the dependencies between process areas
- Act as the workstream technical conscience on fit-to-standard — assess every proposed gap against template capability, roadmap and public cloud extensibility limits
- Configure hands-on in the tenant, particularly cross-process and integration-adjacent areas that do not sit cleanly in one owner scope
- Own solution-level impact assessment for design changes, including downstream effects on Finance and Reporting




- Run end-to-end scenario testing across process boundaries; own defects that fall between process areas
- Serve as the escalation point for design questions the Manager and Senior Consultant cannot resolve within their scope
- Own the SAP quarterly release impact assessment for the workstream

Your Qualifications

- 8–12 years total; 6+ in SAP professional services
- Two or more full-lifecycle S/4HANA Professional Services implementations, with end-to-end solution ownership on at least one
- Genuine breadth: engagement setup, resourcing, time, billing, WIP and revenue recognition — not depth in one area only
- Hands-on configuration currency (has configured within the last 12 months, not just designed)
- Public cloud extensibility judgement: in-app extensions, side-by-side/BTP, and when the answer is to change the process

Preferred Professional services industry; SAP Skilled Services Cloud certification; prior template or product role at SAP or an SI; bilingual (EN/FR). Our Values, The KPMG Way
