The opportunity Hands-on functional configuration of the Engagement Management solution on S/4HANA Public Cloud, using the SAP Professional Services template. Translates fit-to-standard outcomes into a working, tested configuration and documents the design behind it.

The candidate may be required to travel to Toronto Office once in a while to participate in fit gap design sessions and testing activities.

What You Will Do

- Configure Engagement Management processes in the public cloud tenant using SAP Fiori self-service configuration (SSCUI); maintain configuration across the landscape
- Prepare and co-facilitate fit-to-standard workshops — demo the standard, capture gaps, log dispositions
- Author functional design and configuration documentation to a standard that survives handover to run
- Build and execute unit and string tests; support SIT/UAT, triage defects and turn around fixes
- Support data migration for engagement master and transactional objects
- Contribute to the pricing and Finance integration design from the configuration side — field mapping,



validation rules, error scenarios
- Support the training team with configured-system walkthroughs and scenario scripts

Your Qualifications

- 5–8 years total; 3+ hands-on SAP configuration
- Hands-on S/4HANA Professional Services configuration on at least one full lifecycle
- Fit-to-standard method fluency: able to demo standard process live and hold the line against unnecessary gaps
- Working knowledge of project-to-cash: engagement setup, time capture, WIP, resource-related billing
- Functional documentation and structured testing discipline

Preferred

- Public Cloud Edition (SSCUI configuration, not IMG); professional services industry; SAP certification in Qualified Services or Project Systems; bilingual (EN/FR).
