The opportunity Owns the operating rhythm of a multi-year S/4HANA Public Cloud program spanning Finance, Reporting/Data & Analytics, and Engagement Management workstreams. Accountable for governance, integrated planning, program financials and delivery assurance from Discover through Deploy — and for giving the CFO-level sponsor a defensible view of status at any point.

The candidate may be required to travel to Toronto Office once in a while to participate in fit gap design sessions and testing activities.

What You Will Do

- Run governance cadence for the Steering Committee and Design Authority Council: agendas, decision papers, decision log, escalation routing
- Own the integrated program plan across workstreams; manage cross-workstream dependencies and SAP Activate phase-gate readiness
- Manage program financials — budget vs. actual vs. forecast, SI invoice validation, change control on scope and cost
- Own RAID: risk, issue, dependency and decision management, with real escalation discipline rather than a maintained spreadsheet
- Resource management: onboarding/offboarding, capacity planning, open-role tracking against the resource plan




- Define and report program KPIs; produce executive reporting packs
- Interlock with the SI PMO; manage contractual deliverable review and acceptance

Your Qualifications

- 12–15+ years total; 8+ on SAP programs; 5+ leading a PMO at director level.
- Full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementation as PMO Lead on a multi-workstream program, not a single-track project
- Program financial management at multi-year, multi-million scale
- Fluency in SAP Activate and what a phase gate actually requires to close
- Executive reporting to CFO/COO-level sponsors and formal steering bodies
- Large consultancy delivery or client-side transformation office background

Preferred Public Cloud Edition specifically professional services or other project-based industry; PMP/PgMP/PRINCE2; SAP Cloud ALM, Clarity, Smartsheet or Jira at program scale; bilingual (EN/FR). Our Values, The KPMG Way
