Become a Wellness Assistant at Saskatchewan Polytechnic's Moose Jaw Campus, where your role is centered on providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a welcoming facility. This position includes responsibilities across event support and facility access management using Fusion. As a Wellness Assistant, you will facilitate a positive experience by assisting patrons with inquiries and enforcing facility rules.
This casual role plays a critical part in supporting wellness initiatives while encouraging participation in health and fitness programming. Preference is given to Saskatchewan Polytechnic students with customer service experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Offer exceptional support to health and wellness patrons
- Assist with organizing and executing campus wellness events
- Manage facility access through the Fusion system
- Perform routine cleaning and organization of fitness equipment
- Educate patrons about services and center rules Requirements:
- Current students at Saskatchewan Polytechnic preferred
- Six months of customer service experience required
- Basic proficiency in computer systems
- Solid communication and organizational skills
