As a Damper Assembly Technician at Multimatic, you will engage in assembling and testing suspension modules and new damper designs. Your role will require solid analytical skills for root cause analysis and reviewing failures from dyno tests. Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize manufacturing and contribute to ongoing design improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble damper and suspension components
• Perform product testing and analysis
• Complete tear down and documentation of failed products
• Offer suggestions for value improvement
• Follow all safety and ISO standards
Requirements:
• 2- or 3-year diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong understanding of instrumentation and GD&T;
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Robust teamwork and independent working capability
