Become an integral part of the Royal Botanical Gardens team as the Laking Programs Coordinator. This role emphasizes designing and delivering educational programs that inspire youth and promote sustainability.
In this dynamic position, you'll oversee the development of cutting-edge K–12 curriculum-based programs focused on gardening and environmental learning. The role will require managing logistics and evaluating the effectiveness of the programs you deliver. You will also be responsible for fostering collaboration among internal teams to meet RBG’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and enhancement of school programs • Manage logistics for child-focused educational experiences • Track participation data and program budgets • Communicate effectively with program participants • Supervise and provide feedback to seasonal staff
Requirements: • Experience in educational program coordination • Strong organizational and time management skills • Knowledge of budgeting practices • Ability to conduct risk assessments for child safety • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
