ESS Canada is seeking a Second Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and cook foods to our corporate standards, maintain mise en place for high-volume production, and ensure quality service at all times.
The role requires cooking experience, a food safety certification, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. We value accuracy, speed, and robust communication with operations and other departments. Shift is 12 hours/day with 14 on/14 off rotation.
