AJ Case Management is seeking an experienced Associate Case Manager to join a team supporting children and adults with complex brain injuries. The role covers Oxfordshire, London and Hampshire with regular travel to meet clients and multidisciplinary teams.
The ideal candidate has a clinical background (nursing, social work, OT, SLT or physiotherapy), registration with SWE/HCPC/NMC, and BABICM. Remote and versatile working is available with a per‑hour rate of £60 and ongoing CPD support.
