We are searching for an On-site Hostel Manager dedicated to recruiting and leading a team of 5-10 staff members. In this role, you’ll implement operational policies, engage in performance reviews, and address any customer issues that arise. Budget management and effective marketing strategies will also be crucial in this position, assuring that the hostel runs smoothly within financial guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations and staff performance
• Conduct training sessions to enhance staff skills
• Develop marketing plans to attract guests
• Manage and oversee budget revenues and expenses
• Negotiate with clients for facility usage
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of hospitality management experience
• Education in hospitality or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Google Drive
• Valid driver's licence and personal vehicle
• Criminal record check clearance
