Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of donor engagement and stewardship • Lead fundraising campaign execution and team priorities • Ensure timely follow-up with donors and sponsors • Facilitate effective team collaboration and accountability • Manage donor-related communication and event strategies
Requirements: • Three or more years in fundraising or donor development • Proven donor stewardship and relationship skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Completion of a Vulnerable Sector Background Check • Legally authorized to work in BC
