Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain all production equipment effectively
• Execute preventative maintenance procedures
• Advise on solutions for maintenance challenges
• Sharpen die sets and weld components as required
• Mentor apprentices and guide their development
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Must hold a Red Seal Millwright certification
• Working knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic systems
• Ability to thrive while working unsupervised
• Basic electrical knowledge is a plus
