Enhance business processes at CBC/Radio-Canada as a Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst in a hybrid setting. Focus on driving process modernization initiatives within People & Culture. Working closely with various stakeholders, you will apply your analytical skills to convert complex problems into actionable solutions that support CBC's mission. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage CI initiatives from conception to execution
- Define improvement objectives in collaboration with stakeholders
- Analyze processes to discover bottlenecks and gaps
- Host workshops to gather insights and validate outcomes
- Design processes to enable service consistency and quality Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience leading improvements
- Expertise in BPMN 2.0 and process analysis
