You will provide client-centered nursing care, assessment, and guidance, collaborating with healthcare professionals. This role also includes case management responsibilities to ensure comprehensive support for clients experiencing life-limiting illnesses. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough client assessments and evaluations
Deliver therapeutic nursing services in home settings
Coordinate care plans with the multidisciplinary team




Provide direct client care based on clinical standards
Mentor student nurses and participate in staff development Requirements:
Completion of an accredited nursing program
Active registration or eligibility with CRNA
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
Two years of recent nursing experience
