Become part of WCG’s mission as a Rehabilitation Service Specialist, remotely based in Quebec. Focus on enhancing the lives of veterans by providing dedicated rehabilitation services. In this role, you will assess the rehabilitation requirements of veterans and their families, coordinating necessary services to facilitate recovery and well-being.

By developing comprehensive Rehabilitation Plans in consultation with various stakeholders, you ensure that participants access appropriate resources to meet their goals. Your work will involve collaboration with medical and vocational specialists to deliver quality rehabilitation services. Key Responsibilities:
Identify participant assessment needs for effective rehabilitation
Develop and implement individual Rehabilitation Plans




Work with medical and vocational service providers
Empower participants by identifying community resources
Strategize to minimize risk factors affecting recovery Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline with health designation
Minimum three years experience in rehabilitation
Experience working with health barriers
Required federal security clearance – Reliability Status
