We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educators to join our team at our Riveriside location. This is a full time shift. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the growth and development of young children. This role requires a strong commitment to early childhood education, creativity in lesson planning, and the ability to engage with children and their families effectively.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their child's development.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a supportive community.
Maintain accurate records of children's activities, behavior, and developmental milestones.




Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience within the program.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
Valid teaching certification or licensure in early childhood education is a plus.
Experience working with young children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
Robust communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.
Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.99-$29.04 per hour
