Responsibilities include assessing client needs, creating care plans, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Your leadership will guide both regulated and non-regulated staff while fostering a supportive workplace for clients and families. Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate client needs and develop comprehensive care plans
Implement and document nursing strategies effectively
Lead the team in absence of Hospice Manager
Monitor client progress and revise plans accordingly
Deliver health education and resources to clients Requirements:
Ontario Registered Nurse Certification required
Experience in Palliative Care is mandatory
Clinical practice experience necessary
Solid interpersonal and leadership skills
