Assist in implementing rehabilitative plans from PT or OT
Report changes in patient status to nursing and therapy teams




Provide training in daily living activities and assistive devices
Maintain and manage therapy supplies and equipment
Conduct patient mobility tests as per assigned directives Requirements:
Rehabilitation Assistant Program completion or equivalent experience
Robust communication skills, both oral and written
Physical fitness to perform ergonomic tasks
Ability to prioritize and organize work tasks
