Plan and implement daily recreation activities in residence
Facilitate community-based leisure pursuits for residents
Foster meaningful connections among residents and staff
Document changes in residents' participation and well-being
Evaluate the recreation program for ongoing improvement Requirements:
Experience working with seniors in long-term care
Degree/diploma in recreation or related field
Enrollment in a recreation studies program (completion within three years)
Skills in planning and facilitating wellness activities
