Beyond Landscaping is hiring seasonal snow plowers and labourers for the 2026/27 winter season to support snow removal operations in North and West Vancouver. JOB DETAILS
On-call 24/7 during snow events (shifts often start ~3:30 am) Shifts: 8–12 hrs depending on storm severity Location: North & West Vancouver $50 per day shift bonus for every snow event Own car, SUV, 4x4 or truck = paid at a higher hourly rate WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Hard-working, reliable, and versatile with schedule Physically fit for snow shoveling, salting, and labour work Experience with snow removal or outdoor labour preferred Valid driver's license an asset Safety-conscious team player with a positive attitude DUTIES
Snow removal & ice control (plowing, shoveling, salting) Assist with equipment operations and site safety Maintain tools/equipment and report unsafe conditions WHY WORK WITH US
