Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide mental health support to diverse patient populations, including children and pediatric patients, in a clinical setting. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote emotional well-being and recovery.

The Psychotherapist will collaborate with medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and support positive health outcomes.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is required.

Responsibilities
Conduct individual, group, or family therapy sessions tailored to patient needs.
Assess patients’ mental health status through interviews, observations, and standardized tools.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations.
Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, case managers, and educational specialists to coordinate care.




Collect data related to patient outcomes for research purposes and continuous improvement of therapeutic practices.
Support patients with special needs, including those requiring special education or pediatric care.
Stay current with advancements in mental health research, medical terminology, and best practices in patient care.

Qualifications
Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
A medical or healthcare background is required.
Master’s degree or higher in Counseling Psychology or Clinical Psychology.
Valid licensure or certification as required by state regulations to practice as a Psychotherapist.
Experience working with children and pediatric populations is preferred.
Experience with case management and patient-care coordination.
Robust communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients populations.
Familiarity with special education needs is an asset.

Job Type: Part time Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
