We’re Hiring: Recall Receptionist

Our dental clinic is looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Recall Receptionist to join our team.

As a Recall Receptionist, you’ll play an important role in keeping our patients on track with their dental care and helping our schedule run smoothly.

Responsibilities:
Contacting patients to schedule and confirm recall appointments
Managing and filling the hygiene and treatment schedule
Following up with patients due for exams, hygiene appointments, and other dental care
Updating patient records and maintaining accurate appointment information
Providing a warm and qualified experience for every patient
Working closely with the dental team to keep the schedule productive and organized
Answering phone calls and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

What we’re looking for:
Previous dental reception or dental administrative experience is an asset
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills




Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with patients
Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a busy dental workplace
Positive, skilled, and team-oriented attitude
Experience with dental software is an asset

Schedule Requirements:
5 days per week
Every other weekend is required
Flexibility with weekday hours is expected

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
