Lead Alberta's recycling initiatives as the Regional Manager with Orion Steel Group, L.L.C. Cultivate a culture of safety and operational excellence while managing multi-site operations. In your capacity as Regional Manager, you will take charge of our recycling operations, focusing on enhancing performance, managing budgets, and leading a diverse workforce.
This role requires a seasoned leader skilled in business transformation and proactive safety management. You'll be responsible for supporting continuous improvements and optimizing financial outcomes through effective material management. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of multi-site recycling
Implement business transformations and improvements
Manage regional operational budgets and compliance
Enhance EBITDA through optimized material flows
Partner with HR on talent recruitment and training Requirements:
Diploma in a relevant field; Bachelor’s is a plus
5+ years in operations leadership, specifically in recycling
2+ years in a multi-site operational role
Proven experience with regional P&L; management
Solid quantitative and analytical skills Lead operational success and safety initiatives with Orion Steel as the Regional Manager in Alberta.
