Lead the QACM team at CAE to strengthen Quality Assurance and Compliance Monitoring in Civil Aviation. This hybrid role aims at enhancing regulatory standards across Europe and the UK. As the Quality Assurance and Compliance Monitoring (QACM) Lead, you will be pivotal in overseeing compliance monitoring efforts while reporting to the Regional Head of Operational Governance.

This position provides you the prospect to drive initiatives that enhance operational safety and adherence to CAE's Global Aviation Safety and Governance objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee management systems for regulatory Quality Assurance
Coordinate audits to ensure compliance with corporate standards
Support local centers in risk identification and mitigation




Collaborate with regulatory bodies regarding compliance matters
Foster continuous improvement initiatives across training settings

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Qualified Quality Auditor
In-depth understanding of aviation compliance frameworks
Robust leadership and team management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience in QMS and CMS implementation in aviation
