Extendicare is seeking a dedicated Part time Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) who is committed to providing exceptional, goal-directed nursing care. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance resident health and wellbeing. As an RPN under the Director of Care, you will ensure that residents receive planned nursing care in accordance with provincial standards.

Your responsibilities include clinical assessments and care documentation, as well as directly administering medication. You will engage in care coordination and participate in family education to facilitate effective resident care. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee clinical assessments and care plans for residents
Implement effective treatment per Extendicare policies




Organize resident care conferences and team meetings
Manage significant changes in residents' health
Supervise unregulated care providers as needed Requirements:
Active registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
Experience in complex care settings preferred
Solid analytical and communication skills
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
