- Shift / Schedule: 37.5 hours/week, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Summary Seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support the Treasury Risk Management technology portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with Asset Liability Management and Liquidity Risk stakeholders to support the QRM platform , deliver reporting solutions, gather and document requirements, investigate issues, and support ongoing enhancement initiatives.

This role requires a strong blend of business and technical analysis capabilities, with approximately 50% business-facing stakeholder interaction and 50% collaboration with developers, project managers, and technology teams. The successful candidate will also have the chance to contribute to future Databricks migration and reporting modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide QRM (Quantitative Risk Management) platform support
- Support Treasury Risk Management initiatives
- Deliver new reporting and reporting solution enhancements
- Contribute to future Databricks migration activities
- Conduct requirements gathering, issue analysis, stakeholder engagement, and BA support across ALM and Liquidity Risk business groups
- Perform daily issue triage, requirements gathering, stakeholder discussions, solution reviews, and support for ongoing enhancements and reporting initiatives
- Work closely with Asset Liability Management (ALM) stakeholders, Liquidity Risk Management stakeholders,



business users, project managers, business analysts, development teams, and senior leadership as required

Required Skills

- 8 years of Business Systems Analysis experience within Banking/Financial Services
- Experience supporting Treasury Risk Management, Liquidity Risk Management, Asset Liability Management (ALM), or Risk Management functions
- Experience working with a QRM (Quantitative Risk Management) platform
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management experience
- Experience supporting reporting initiatives and reporting solution delivery
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and investigation
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid Agile environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confident working with both business and technology teams
- Self-starter and proactive problem solver

- Prior experience supporting Capital Markets or Treasury technology teams
- Previous CIBC or Big 5 Banking experience
