Become the Regional Program Support Assistant at Vanier Children's Mental Wellness. This contract role emphasizes robust administrative support and coordination for regional program initiatives and projects. You will assist the Lead Agency team with essential administrative tasks, including schedule management, meeting coordination, and project support.

Your role is crucial in ensuring that regional programs run smoothly and align with strategic priorities. By managing documentation and communication, you will foster collaboration among internal team members and community partners. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and prepare necessary materials
Assist in tracking program deliveries and activities




Support the implementation of initiatives aligned with the Multi-Year Plan
Participate in meetings and provide comprehensive documentation
Maintain organized electronic records in the designated systems Requirements:
Two years of experience in administrative roles
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
Background in healthcare, mental health, or related areas preferred
Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities Use your administrative talents to contribute to Vanier Children’s Mental Wellness and its regional programs.
