Become a key player at Providence Care as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in Community Mental Health. This full time position focuses on patient-centered care for those with mental health conditions. Under the direction of the Community Team Manager, the RPN will provide nursing services that include medication management, client assessments, and the development of tailored treatment plans.

Manage service coordination for individual treatment teams
Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning

Registered Practical Nursing Diploma and certification
One year in outpatient psychiatric care
Preferably three years in inpatient settings
Valid Ontario G Class driver’s license
