Effectively manage nursing tasks in a demanding unit
Address patient needs and issues with respect
Utilize evidence-based practices for clinical decisions
Uphold safety procedures for patients and staff
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team Requirements:
General Class Certificate from the Ontario College of Nurses
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
Commitment to Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within the year
2 to 3 years of acute medical/surgical nursing experience
