As we launch our Stem Cell Laboratory, we're looking for a Quality Management Lead who can manage the critical aspects of quality assurance and regulatory compliance.

This senior role will oversee all phases of the laboratory start-up, including equipment validation and staff training, ensuring that operations meet the highest standards. Your leadership will be vital to achieving FACT accreditation and maintaining superior quality systems. Key Responsibilities:
Lead planning and execution of laboratory start-up activities
Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and accreditation standards




Develop quality management systems and documentation
Coordinate internal audits and quality reviews
Monitor continuous improvement initiatives in the laboratory processes Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and CMLTO License
Minimum of 5 years in quality assurance within regulated settings
Solid background in stem cell and biotechnology
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
