Coordinate nursing services within the resident neighborhood
Lead shifts and communicate changes in resident status
Document significant changes in resident conditions accurately
Process physician orders in a timely manner
Report challenges in orders to the Director of Care
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Experience in geriatric or long-term care nursing
Registration in positive standing with provincial registry
Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations
