Communicate clearly with clients to explain treatment procedures, answer questions, and provide post-treatment advice
Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records in compliance with licensing regulations
Ensure a clean, protected, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation standards and clinic protocols
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to optimize client care plans
Stay current with industry best practices,

Qualifications
Valid registration and licensing as a Massage Therapist from the appropriate regulatory body
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health assessments
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients
Excellent communication skills for explaining treatments clearly and building trust
Prior experience in a clinical or wellness setting is preferred but not mandatory; training provided for new graduates
Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
