Your role includes mentoring, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvements in our processes.Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operational direction for facilities
Provide technical support for troubleshooting and maintenance
Promote and enforce safety leadership initiatives
Manage key performance indicators for production optimization
Support Management of Change and capital projectsRequirements:
Second- or Third-Class Power Engineering Certificate
At least 7 years of relevant operating experience
Proven skills in troubleshooting complex systems
Effective communication and leadership abilities
