Duties
Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massages
Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to ensure personalized care
Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards
Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences
Educate clients on post-massage care and recommend follow-up treatments if necessary
Schedule appointments and manage client bookings efficiently
Uphold qualified standards of conduct, confidentiality, and customer service at all times
Skills
Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology
Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for clients
Robust communication skills for effective consultation and client education
Ability to listen attentively and respond empathetically to client needs
Certification from an accredited massage therapy program is required
Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory
Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
