This role integrates within the Recruiting & Promotion Branch to enhance operational efficiency and evidence-based decision-making. Your expertise will contribute to designing evaluation frameworks and assessing the effectiveness of promotion processes. You'll engage in research, project support, and strategic analysis to optimize leadership outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze promotion data and performance metrics • Develop and monitor KPIs and performance reporting frameworks • Research public sector best practices for promotion assessments • Lead promotion-related projects and process improvement initiatives • Prepare defensible reports and presentations for senior leadership
Requirements: • At least five years in strategic planning or related experience • Degree in Business Administration or a related field • Experience in project management, analytics, and change management • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
