This role is accountable for operational performance, financial results, and team leadership while maintaining alignment with company standards and airline partner expectations.RESPONSIBILITIESLead and oversee daily catering, transport, and warehouse operationsPromote and uphold company core values and a safety-first cultureEnsure all operations are executed in compliance with company policies, airline requirements, and regulatory standardsProvide leadership, direction, and support to supervisors, leads, and frontline employeesConduct regular team meetings, briefings, and engagement discussionsSupport development of operational forecasts, including labor and expense planningMonitor and manage Daily Labor Percentage (DLP) and revenue performanceEnsure station performance meets or exceedsKPIand SLA expectationsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize profitabilityOversee scheduling across all operational areas, ensuring coverage aligns with business needs and budgetLead hiring, training, and onboarding efforts in partnership with HRCoach, develop, and evaluate team members, including succession planning initiativesIdentify high-potential employees and support career developmentEnsure compliance with all safety, operational,



and regulatory requirementsActively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS)Ensure timely and accurate incident reporting (e.G.,GPET)Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to proceduresEnsure proper use of PPE and compliance with workplace safety standardsDrive accountability for operational performance and service deliveryMaintain a strong understanding of airline contracts and service requirementsOversee aircraft servicing to ensure accuracy, safety, and on-time performanceEnsure completion and accuracy of operational documentation and reportingCommunicate operational updates, risks, and issues to leadershipPerform any additional duties as assigned by managementQUALIFICATIONSMinimum 18 years of age3–5 years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, or aviation servicesValid driver’s license (in good standing)Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employmentMust be able to obtain and maintain all required airport, security, and regulatory clearances applicable to the location (e.G., TSA, FAA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, U.S. Postal Service, RAIC)Ability to operate ground service equipment (catering trucks, forklifts, etc.)Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidaysMust successfully complete all required training and certificationsAbility to travel as neededTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential requirement satisfactorily.
