This role focuses on enhancing mobile equipment reliability, safety, and performance across the fleet.As a Mobile Reliability Specialist, you will report to the Maintenance Planning & Reliability General Supervisor. Your primary tasks will include providing technical expertise in maintenance strategies, defect elimination, and performance monitoring for both underground and surface mobile equipment. Your engineering judgement and collaboration with various stakeholders will be key to achieving optimal reliability outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
Drive reliability improvement initiatives across mobile equipment fleet
Develop and implement maintenance strategies and programs




Lead Asset Criticality Assessments and failure analysis studies
Oversee condition monitoring and ensure compliance with standards
Analyze equipment performance and eliminate chronic issuesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
Minimum 4 years of maintenance engineering experience
Robust knowledge of heavy mobile equipment
Proficiency with CMMS and data analysis tools
