This leadership position emphasizes collaboration across Engineering, Operations, and Sourcing to identify and resolve product quality issues promptly. Your efforts will enhance product reliability and support current initiatives in the engineering lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
Champion quality improvement initiatives and KPIs
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
Promote Lean Manufacturing principles
Analyze reliability data for product enhancements
Drive compliance during current product introductions Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields
5+ years’ experience in quality roles
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma practices
Robust analytical and communication skills
Experience with quality tools like FMEA and 5 Whys Take the lead in enhancing quality processes and deliver exemplary performance at INNIO.
