Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented Raymond Reach Operator to join our fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently operating Raymond reach trucks to move, locate, and organize inventory within the warehouse. Your expertise will ensure smooth order picking, accurate stock management, and protected handling of materials.

Responsibilities
Operate Raymond reach trucks safely and efficiently to retrieve and store products throughout the warehouse
Perform order picking tasks accurately using warehouse management systems (WMS) to fulfill customer orders
Use clamp trucks and forklifts as needed for handling various types of inventory and pallets
Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure mechanical safety and proper functioning
Assist with heavy lifting tasks, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury
Maintain organized storage areas by stacking and arranging products according to warehouse standards
Support inventory counts, cycle counts,



and stock replenishment activities with attention to detail

Qualifications
Proven experience operating Raymond reach trucks in a warehouse or distribution setting
Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes and order picking procedures
Ability to operate clamp trucks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment safely
Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately
Mechanical knowledge or experience with warehouse equipment maintenance is a plus
Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or walking
Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) for order processing and inventory control
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team workplace
