Peridot Wellness is seeking a Registered Massage Therapist to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary clinic. We are looking for a motivated, growth-oriented practitioner who is excited to actively build their practice and establish a robust, loyal client base.
About the Role
This role is ideal for an experienced RMT who takes initiative, values relationship-building, and is committed to growing a full and sustainable caseload. You understand that a thriving practice is built through both exceptional care and consistent effort, and you are motivated to take ownership of that growth.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, personalized massage therapy treatments
Proactively build and maintain a consistent, full patient load
Foster strong client relationships to support retention and long-term care
Collaborate with an integrated team of healthcare practitioners
Contribute to practice growth through initiative (internal referrals, client education, rebooking strategies, etc.)
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
Registered and in good standing with the CMTO
Professional liability insurance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability—or strong desire—to build and retain a thriving practice
Self-motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
Interest in working within a collaborative, wellness-focused clinic
