Support Purchasers with administrative purchasing tasks
Help process and organize invoices and payments
Maintain accurate records of all purchasing transactions
Assist in data entry and purchase order management
Coordinate with vendors and staff regarding inquiries Requirements:
Current student or recent graduate in relevant disciplines
Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
Robust organizational capability and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
