Project Manager - ICI - Ottawa

Role Responsibilities:
Manage budgets and cost forecasting
Collaborate with customers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and trades-persons
Manage and schedule labour and subcontractors and provide guidance and supervision as needed
Plan and prepare construction schedules and monitor progress
Maintain Health and Safety standards and ensure safety policies are strictly adhered to
Purchase supplies, tools and materials
Document control
Change Management
Prepare progress reports and billings
Build and maintain client and supplier relationships
Prepare project close out documents
Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and on time

Profile Project Manager - ICI - Ottawa

Skills & Experience:
5+ Years ICI focused Project Management experience




Experience working on both Recent build and Renovations/fit-outs
Experience leading projects valued between $5 Million - $20 Million required
Security clearance, or the ability to secure security clearance is preferred.
The successful candidate will organise and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and productive manner.

Job Offer A basic salary of up to $130,000 (depending upon experience)
