In this role, you will administer the Minimum Data Set (MDS) while leading the interdisciplinary team through education and support. Your expertise will ensure timely assessments and coding accuracy, impacting resident care positively. Key Responsibilities:
Organize and implement MDS for the care team
Provide training using a train-the-trainer model
Monitor MDS documentation for compliance
Maintain a current resident assessment schedule
Assist with coding assessments for accuracy Requirements:
Minimum three years of long-term care experience
Knowledge of the Long-Term Care Act and MDS
Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)
Current member in valuable standing with the College of Nurses
